These terms govern your use of lumikha.co and related Lumikha websites (the "Site"), operated by Bagong Proceso Oficina, Inc., operating as Lumikha Teams ("Lumikha", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to them. Client engagements are governed separately by our Service Terms and a signed Statement of Work.

Using the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes, including learning about our services, reading our content, contacting us, and applying for roles. You agree not to:

• use the Site in a way that breaks any law or infringes anyone's rights;

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems, or interfere with its operation;

• scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect content or data from the Site by automated means, except by standard search engine indexing;

• use Site content to train machine learning or AI models without our written permission; or

• submit false information, impersonate anyone, or send spam through our forms.

Our Content

The Site, including text, guides, templates, frameworks, graphics, and design, is owned by Lumikha or our licensors and protected by intellectual property law.

You may read, share links to, and quote short extracts from our articles with attribution and a link back. You may download and use templates and guides we offer for your own internal business use. Anything else — republishing, reselling, or presenting our materials as your own — needs our written permission.

"Lumikha" and our logos are our trademarks. Please don't use them in a way that suggests endorsement.

They are not legal, tax, financial, or employment advice, and they are not a quote or an offer. Actual fees and terms are set out in a Statement of Work. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without obligation to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The courts of Makati City have jurisdiction over any dispute about them, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live.

We may update these terms by posting a new version here. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept it.
