Lumikha Teams

Lumikha has employed people in the Philippines for companies abroad since 2006. We started with building captive centers and build-operate-transfer programs, at a hundred seats and at seven, and learned the same lesson at both ends: a team works when the role is defined before anyone is hired, and when someone owns the handover that makes the job stick.
