Pop-up Project Teams
For work with a start date, an end date, and nobody to do it. A migration, a system rollout, a launch. Short-term teams , staffed for the length of the job.

Project Teams
Data migration, software rollout, AI training and evaluation, website rebuilds, campaign launches, and documentation projects. Each seat is recruited for the project, works to your plan and your timeline, and finishes when the work does. Every project states what done looks like before anyone starts.
What You Get
Project specification. Scope, deliverables, end date, and a written definition of done. Each seat gets its role, tools, and reporting line.
Recruiting and screening. A practical exercise built from the project itself and a structured interview. You choose from the shortlist.
Employment. Project contracts, payroll, statutory compliance, and equipment. Replacement if someone leaves mid-project.
Checkpoints. Reviews at day 15, 30, and 45 against the definition of done, then at each milestone after.
Knowledge capture. Every project produces a runbook: what was built, how it works, and who to ask. It stays with you.
Project Types
Most projects fit one of three shapes.
Sprint (2–3 seats, about 90 days): one defined deliverable. A data migration, a content transfer, a documentation build.
Build (3–5 seats, three to six months): a rollout or launch with several workstreams.
Program (4–6 seats, six to 12 months): a Lumikha project lead runs the plan day to day for firms without a project manager to spare.
Our people work alongside AI tools, so a project often needs fewer seats than you'd expect. We state each seat's capacity up front: records migrated, pages built, cases reviewed per week.
Some seats prove worth keeping. Any project seat can move to a dedicated team when the project closes, with no second recruiting cycle and no restart.
